At Axon, we foster a supportive, growth-focused environment where we help our team members succeed. Now, we’re looking for a Cleaner to join us as we continue to grow and innovate.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cleaner, you’ll ensure the upkeep and enhancement of our residential properties. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, including:

· Clean and sanitize common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

· Demonstrate accountability for tasks completed and time spent on each job and report back to the coordinator on a daily basis.

· Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.

· Clean windows and glass surfaces, ensuring a streak-free finish.

· Perform move-out cleaning for unit turnovers, including all living areas, bathrooms, and kitchens.

· Report needed repairs, damages, or safety issues to management.

· Adhere to health and safety regulations.

· Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

· Previous cleaning experience preferred.

· Comfortable working independently as well as within a team, managing time efficiently to complete tasks.

· Professional and respectful when interacting with tenants and staff in residential spaces.

· Access to a personal vehicle for work tasks is an asset (mileage reimbursed at CRA rates).

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.

· Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.

· Reliable, punctual, and committed to improving facility cleanliness.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Competitive salary starting at $42,000, commensurate with experience & qualifications
