Real Estate Assistant
Exciting opportunity to work along side an award-winning Realtor and her Team in a fun, fast paced environment. I am seeking a highly organized, motivated, and client-focused professional to take on a diverse role that combines marketing, client care, and transaction coordination for The Northstone Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Finest Realty Inc. Brokerage. This individual will have strong administrative skills, thrive on being organized, with a genuine drive to improve the process and have excellent attention to detail. They are also reliable, resourceful and flexible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to grasp concepts quickly are paramount.
While a real estate license is not required, industry experience is strongly preferred. If licensed, it is considered an asset, but this is not a sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with clientele as required to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Preparing listing material and distributing marketing materials as needed
- Client database management
- Co-ordination with Business Partners
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media, email campaigns, and print materials
- Maintain social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and audience engagement
- Prepare MLS listing documents, trade documents and Buyer packages with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate showings, inspections, and transaction schedules on behalf of the Team ensuring all deadlines are met
- Maintain general administrative responsibilities, including email management, scheduling, book keeping and business operations support.
General Administrative Tasks:

o Bill Payment & Tracking
o Document Management
o Respond to emails, phone calls, service requests
o Online form setup and tracking

- Self-Starter who can adapt, learn, and adjust to an evolving role
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent focus and attention to detail
- Creative mindset: keen eye for digital and social media techniques to create engaging content
- College Diploma
- Drivers License and own vehicle is a must
