Full job description
The position of Invoicing and A/R clerk consists of creating, tracking and managing financial data for a construction company based in Kingston, ON. This individual would be responsible for creating and sending invoices based on estimates, as well as Time & Material worksheets.
Hours
- 24 to 40 hours per week
- This is an In-Office position with Flexible scheduling for the right candidate.
Tasks
- Create Invoices based off Estimates or Time and Material Quantities
- Enter payments and follow up on outstanding payments
- Close completed jobs
- Resolve flagged billing errors
- Track job progress for progress billing
- Job cost forecasting based on previous jobs
- Analyze job profitability
- Prepare account statements for customers
- QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online are commonly used
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 5 years QuickBooks experience;
Working conditions
- This is a permanent, full time, year-round position;
- Wages will be based on experience.
- Wage Range:$22 - 26/hr
