Description

Location: Westport (3 months training Kingston)
Customer Contact: Yes
Posted: March 2025

This position requires you to live in the area to be considered. Location is Westport (with 3 months training in Kingston).

You’ll never find a Technical Support position like this one.
If you like…

- Helping people solve their problems
- Learning about the latest technologies
- Making people’s lives easier
- Sharing your expertise with others
- And actually looking forward to coming to work every day

We might have the perfect job for you.

We’re culture-focused and work hard to create an environment where you can grow your skills and level-up through different roles in the company.
We’re not a revolving door of employees, many of our team members have been here over 10+ years because they enjoy what they do and have the space to grow.

Is this a right fit for you?

We offer 3 full months of training in Kingston where you’re surrounded by supportive tech members that’ve been doing your job for years.
We have all the resources you’ll need to learn {and master} your new role.
After the first 3 months this position will be held full-time at our flagship office in Westport. You’ll need to arrange your own transportation so a vehicle is a must.

You can look forward to a feeling of community, regular social gatherings like holiday celebrations and pot-lucks, plus you’ll appreciate our clear and consistent communication in the company - no confusion or wondering what your focus should be.

How do you get in on this one-of-a-kind career?

If you’re a motivated professional who’d like more than ‘just another job’ something that contributes to a collective goal… then check out our website to learn more about us and what we offer.

Then you can write us a one page letter that tells us more about yourself, your experience, and why you see yourself benefiting from our workplace.

Lastly, Attach that letter and your resume to an email and sent it to mark.vandepol@wtccommunications.ca to be considered for an interview.

As a support representative, you'll be the primary contact for calls coming in, returning customer voicemails, and replying to customer emails and chat. You should have excellent grammar skills and can have the ability to explain technical solutions without using overly complex terminology.

We’ll only contact those individuals who’ll be interviewed.
