Junior Sous Chef

With focus on quality and production levels, the Jr. Sous Chef will assist in leading the culinary team exceed customers’ expectations with respect to food quality and dining experience.

Compétences & Expériences/ Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be passionate and creative with a strong knowledge of industry trends. You will have at least four years cooking experience, preferably in a supervisory role, be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays, have the ability to effectively work under pressure; have a customer and team focus, and a passion for preparing exceptional food.
