Description

To provide customer service, sales support, shipping and receiving logistics and coordination of installation requirements.

Client representatives will liaise with the Contractor to ensure orders are properly executed. The Contractor is responsible for customer service, sales support, shipping and receiving logistics, as well as scheduling and co-ordination of installation requirements.

Are bilingual (non-bilingual candidates may be considered in the future)

 

Compétences & Expériences/ Skills & Experience

Must have a valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance at the time of application.

Required Experience:
3+ years of customer service experience in the last 10 years
3+ years of administrative sales support in the last 10 years
3+ years of Microsoft Office experience (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)

COMPUTER LEVEL - INTERMEDIATE:
At the intermediate level, all personnel must have the skills required for working with microcomputers and a variety of software packages in a business environment.

All personnel require minimal instruction for non-routine task and must be able to consult the software operation manual efficiently.

As a minimum, personnel must be able to:
• create directories/folders
• move or copy/duplicate blocks of text, data or documents (from one file to another)
• delete documents (from library/storage)
• use global search and replace functions
• perform general housekeeping (archive, delete multiple documents, etc.)
• work with operating system commands to create directories
• build new/existing reports
• access specific pages/sections within a document
• Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

1.9.2 LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

1. Reading: Ability to understand texts dealing with a wide variety of work-related topics; ability to understand most complex details, inferences and fine points of meanings; ability to read with good comprehension specialized or less familiar material

2. Writing: Ability to write explanations or descriptions in a variety of informal and formal work-related situations; ability to write texts in which the ideas are developed and presented in which vocabulary, grammar and spelling are generally appropriate and require few corrections.

3. Oral Interaction: Ability to give detailed explanations and descriptions; ability to handle hypothetical questions; ability to support an opinion, defend a point of view, or justify an action; ability to counsel and give advice; ability to handle complex work-related situations
